The Grand Resort and Spa:
We suggest making a reservation in advance during holidays and special events. We will do our best to accommodate specific room requests, but it is not a guarantee. Peak Season, Holiday & Special Events require a 4 to 5-night minimum stay. Booking patterns may allow for shorter stays. Higher rates and minimum stays may apply for Weekends, Holidays, Atlantis/RSVP Cruises, and Special Events.‣
Check In and Check Out:
Our check-in time is from 4 PM. Check out is 11 AM. Late fees may apply. The additional full day rate will be charged to any guest staying past the standard check-out time. Please return key cards to the front desk at checkout – they are not disposable. We do not refund for shortened stays. Gratuity for guest services and housekeeping staff are not included in prices. Gratuities in the amount of $10 per day are suggested and very much appreciated.
Spa Packages:
Please contact our Spa for a transformational pampered award winning experience. For further information and reservation please contact the Front Desk or the Spa for availability.
Resort Day Pass:
Take a daycation and enjoy an unforgettable pool , hut tube , Spa and special amenities in a unique tropical environment. Restricciones and rates might apply for certain periods.
‣ Debit and Credit Card Authorizations
Your bank will authorize your account for the FULL REMAINING BALANCE plus an additional amount no greater than $200 from the Debit or Credit Card upon check-in. If the full authorization is not used at time of check-out, your bank may take up to 14 business days to credit your account.
‣ Holidays and Special Events
Cancellations are to be made 30 DAYS prior to arrival. If your reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to your check-in date, the deposit is refundable less a $25 administration fee. For a five-night stay or more, the deposit is refundable less a $50 administration fee. Should your reservation be canceled within 30 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be forfeited. The administrative fee is non-refundable once you make a reservation, even if you’re within the cancellation period. Last minute changes to arrival and departure dates will result in a forfeit of those nights and guests must pay total nights agreed upon in their confirmation.
Holidays and special events include, but are not limited to the following: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Halloween, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. When booking online, a one night deposit is taken. The remainder will be charged by the hotel when we receive your reservation. A new confirmation showing the total deposit will be sent to your email. Reservations require a 2-night room and tax total deposit to guarantee your accommodation.
‣ Additional Persons
Safes are provided to you in each unit for locking up personal items and valuables. Visitors of Registered Guests must present a photo ID to the Front Desk upon arrival of the property. Registered guests and visitors must identify as male, 21 years of age and over.
Pet Policies.
The Grand Resort and Spa welcomes your favorite elected companion at our property. Your pet is part of your family, so feel free to bring your special close friend (dog or cat) along! We will try to give you an unbelievable experience in your preferred home away from home. For any additional information please don’t hesitate to contact your guest experience team at the front desk and ask for your Welcome Kit upon arrival.
– We have set 4 designated rooms for guests who wish to bring their pet along. Pets are not allowed in any food and beverage outlets , health club, Spa and pool areas.
– We allow two pets per suite not to exceed 25 lbs each. There is a $35/night/pet surcharge.
– As we have a VERY limited number of pet-friendly rooms, advance arrangements MUST be made in order to accommodate guests traveling with pets.
– Pets must be kept on a leash when in the Hotel or on property unless it is in the guest room.
– Pets must not be unattended . If a guest requires a pet sitter or pet – sitter , they should contact the Front Desk with advance notice.
– Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet on hotel property and in the neighborhood.
– Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced.
– Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel, its owners and its operator from all liability and damage suffered as a result of the guest pet.
– The Property reserves the right to charge guests’ accounts commensurate with the cost of such damages. In case of an emergency please contact the Front Desk for the closest Vet clinic.
‣ Damages
You are liable for any damage however caused to your assigned rooms or to the property caused by you or any persons in your party (whether registered or not) during your stay. The Hotel reserves the right to retain your debit/credit card details and debit/charge such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem fit on the authorized card to compensate or make good on the loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred or suffered as a result of the aforesaid. Replacement costs for furnishings and stained or ruined sheets, beyond normal wear and tear and beyond repair will be added to your account. This includes blemishes caused by non-water-soluble lubricants. All our rooms are “Non-Smoking”. Should any of these policies not be respected, a $250.00 minimum cleaning charge will be added to your account.
‣ WiFi and Internet
The Grand Resort and Spa offers FREE Wi-Fi to all its resort and spa guests. To log in to our Wi-Fi, please come visit us at The Front Desk for username and password information.
Please Note: You understand and agree that temporary interruptions of the Service may occur as normal events in the provision of the Service and that The Grand Resort and Spa will not be liable for such interruptions. Also, the connectivity of your devices and hardware may need to have slight adjustments to work properly with connections to the internet. Signing into our Wi-Fi with your email address entitles you to receive our monthly newsletter. If you wish, you can opt out from the newsletter by selecting “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the newsletter. You further understand and agree that The Grand Resort and Spa has no control over third party networks that you may access in the course of your use of the Service, and therefore, delays and disruptions of other network transmissions are beyond our control. We are not responsible for extra charges that occurred from your mobile provider.
The Grand Resort and Spa will not be liable for any failure of performance, if such failure is due to any cause beyond The Grand Resort and Spa is reasonable control, including acts of God, fire, explosion, vandalism, nuclear disaster, terrorism, cable cut, storm or other similar occurrence, any law, order or regulation by any government, civil, or military authority, national emergencies, insurrections, riots, wars, labor difficulties, supplier failures, shortages, breaches, or delays, or delays caused by you or your equipment. The owner or operator of the location may have implemented URL filtering or other content filtering services which block access to certain websites or content while at this location (“Content Filtering”). The Grand Resort and Spa is not responsible for such content such as Netflix, HBO GO and video conferencing.
‣ Refund Policy
All reservations canceled within the allotted time period will be refunded their deposit less an administrative fee (see deposit policies). Please note that package reservations have different deposit and cancellation policies. A $25 administrative fee applies for peak and offseason cancellations. Last-minute changes to arrival and departure dates will result in a forfeit of those nights and guests must pay total nights agreed upon in their confirmation. Should your reservation be canceled within 14 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be issued as a gift certificate for a future stay or may be forfeited.
– Peak Season: October through May. Cancellations are to be made 30 DAYS prior to arrival (excluding holiday weekends).
– Off-Season: June through September. Cancellations are to be made DAYS prior to arrival (excluding holiday weekends)

The administrative fee is non-refundable once you make a reservation, even if you’re within the cancellation period.

If the guest made the reservation through a third party , he / she may contact them directly to reschedule. Any up /dates regarding extreme weather forecast, conditions and procedures , please contact the property directly.

We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to you and your party without notice and terminate any booking without being liable for any refund or compensation if the booking has been paid through fraudulent means, and if the person checking in is not or cannot prove their identity named in the reservation.
